Come join us for a fun evening of bowling. All proceeds of this event will go toward our mission of Rescue, Care, Adopt.

Bowling two games are free!! Each bowler must raise a minimum of $100 in pledges to participate. Shoes and a buffet provided.

Fire restrictions in effect on Tonto National Forest

Target shooting is prohibited while fire restrictions are in place, fireworks and explosives are prohibited year-round

PHOENIX – Hot temperatures and increased fire danger have prompted fire officials to implement fire restrictions for the Tonto National Forest.

Most types of fire or fire-causing activities are prohibited across the entire Tonto National Forest.

MESA – With recent reported cases of swimmer’s itch along Butcher Jones Beach at Saguaro Lake, there are some preventive measures that swimmers and families can take while visiting the lake northeast of Phoenix to reduce the odds of contracting the skin rash.

McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park free concert series continues in June

Free concerts! Scottsdale’s McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park hosts its free Sunday Concert Series from 7:30 to 9 p.m. through July 3. Bring a blanket or chair, and hear a variety of favorite local bands. Food will also be available for purchase. Train and carousel rides are $2.

"Minions" descends on the Railroad Park June 17

The McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park will feature "Minions" at its first-ever movie night on Friday, June 17. The free show starts at 7:30 p.m. Come by early for a ride on the Paradise & Pacific Railroad and the vintage Charros Carousel.
