Tom McGuire announces for town council
re-election

During my years of service on the town council, I have learned what is most important to our citizens. Cave Creek does not need nor do I support a property tax. I have participated in financial planning and implementation of efficient operations that will allow us to avoid a property tax and continue to reduce debt.

To insure financial viability, I endorse bringing more business to the Cave Creek Road/Carefree Highway corridor. Meanwhile, I support businesses in the Town Core. I endorse voter approval of the General Plan. I have been active in creating this document that will guide policies over the next ten years. It will insure potable water supplies, improved roads and efficient operations of the wastewater infrastructure.

The General Plan will also protect our Western, tourist friendly Town Core as well as low-density rural development. I personally work on trails and I support securing open space that defines Cave Creek as a unique and desirable community.

Cave Creek needs a stable council that will work collaboratively to establish priorities that best serve the whole community. I run as an independent. I am not affiliated with other candidates or political groups.
