Phoenix– The Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona (BIAAZ) is partnering with Rehab Without Walls to host the Rehab Without Walls Farmer’s Market on Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the parking lot at 7227 N. 16th Street, Phoenix, Ariz. The Rehab Without Walls Farmer’s Market is the BIAAZ’s largest annual fundraising event for their summer camp, Camp Can Do.  The camp is a four day camp in Payson for adult survivors of brain injury.

The Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona invites Phoenix residents to attend the farmer’s market for a morning of fundraising. Attendees will be able to support the BIAAZ’s annual summer camp purchasing food and crafts made by brain injury survivors.  Everyone is welcome to participate in an online auction through Bidding Owl.  There will also be raffle drawings with prizes from local businesses. Lunch plates are expected to cost between $6 and $8.

“The Rehab Without Walls Farmer’s Market is a great way for Phoenix residents to have a good time while supporting a great organization that serves brain injury survivors,” said Carrie Collins-Fadell, Executive Director at the BIAAZ. “In the past, this event has turned out to be one of the best fundraising opportunities for our camp.”

The Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona (BIAAZ) is the only statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing brain injuries and to improving the lives of individuals with brain injuries through prevention, education, life-long resource referral and information, and community support.
