ANTHEM – The Foothills Food Bank Snack Pack program provides preschool, grade school and high school children in the Deer Valley Unified School District with food items to take home with them over the weekends.

The Food Bank needs $5.06 per week per child to fund this program; they are currently helping 135 Anthem students per week for 40 weeks of school attendance.  YOUR help is needed to assist with funding and to this end you are cordially invited to a "reverse" Trick or Treat!

"Spook"tacular Halloween House Tour benefiting the Foothills Food Bank will be held on Thursday, October 23 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.  Bill and Toni Huser will be your "ghosts" for the evening.  No "bones" about it, their home is "boo"tifully decorated.  Pam DiPietro, Executive Director of the Foothills Food Bank, will be on hand to accept your "treats."

Bring your coins currency, checks (made payable to the Foothills Food Bank) and canned goods so that hunger won't stand a "ghost" of a chance!  Please extend this invite to your ghouls or "ghoul" friends to attend.  So, put some zoom in your broom and be sure to head over to the bat cave located at 41319 N. Rolling Green Way (located in the Country Club off of Muirfield).  You are in for a frightfully good time!  And your donation of $5 (or more!) will "treat" an Anthem youth to meals for the weekend!
