CAVE CREEK – On Friday, Aug. 1, former Town Manager Usama Abujbarah filed a motion for summary judgment and a separate statement of facts in support of that motion in his case against the town, the mayor and council, which tells a damning tale of Vice Mayor Adam Trenk’s orchestration of a plan, well in advance of being sworn in to office, to terminate Abujbarah.
