Petitions

Coyote raving

The voting public of Cave Creek are commended for doing their part in the process of a recall by signing petitions. Now it will have to be done again, thanks to the gutless use of attorneys by the slate so they didn't have to face voters.

How Much Justice Can You Afford?

I went with Susan Clancy to both recall court cases for support. The following is an eyewitness opinion. In my opinion, both judges seemed fair. I liked them both. They were there to hear the sides and make a determination based on evidence presented. Susan Clancy and Hani Saba and the Cave Creek Caring Citizens Committe did not have the money to pay for an attorney. Quotes for legal representation ranged from $10,000 to $60,000. Hardly worth spending for a job that doesn't pay. The process has been a great learning experience for me.

Corruption Continues

Below is a portion of my Guest Editorial published about a year ago by Sonoran News in its August 7, 2013 issue. It is worth a re-read because the worst is happening - Trenk and his vacuous slate just foreclosed Cave Creek’s ability to capitalize on the most commercial property in Cave Creek. This economic travesty is nothing but political pay back to a small group of residents in Estada de Cholla that chose to live on the highway but want nothing commercial built on the north side of Carefree Highway from 48th Street to the CVS Pharmacy on Cave Creek Road. You know the area – right across the highway from Fry’s, Home Depot and a dozen other businesses.

Border issues

America is undergoing the most intensive campaign of Political Deception ever launched against Americans by her political leaders.

The Administration, the members of the U.S. Senate that voted for S-744, and every other member of Congress that supports a path to citizenship, regularization or any other form of amnesty for illegal aliens before providing for full protections for National Security (jobs and economy) and Public Safety (the right of the people to be secure in their property and person) are fully responsible for the wave of illegal aliens flooding into the United States today.

Paying attention to Arizona’s veterans helps everyone

As a veteran and member of the Arizona House of Representatives, naturally, I have been involved in veteran-related legislation since I was elected in November 2012. I like to think, however that the legislation we worked on not only benefited Arizona’s veterans, but it benefited all Arizonans by making our state more attractive to new veterans, thereby boosting economic growth.

Boehner to take Obama to federal court on executive overreach?

"I intend to bring to the floor in July legislation that would authorize the House of Representatives — through the House General Counsel and at the direction of the Bipartisan Legal Advisory Group (BLAG) — to file suit in the coming weeks in an effort to compel the president to follow his oath of office and faithfully execute the laws of our country."
