CAVE CREEK – After obtaining copies of the March 9 incident reports regarding the arrest of Collin Leroy “T.C.” Thorstenson, 57, owner of Hogs ‘N Horses Saloon in Cave Creek, it appears the story was even more sordid than originally reported.

CAVE CREEK – On March 19, Hani Saba, treasurer of Cave Creek Caring Citizens political action committee (PAC), filed complaints with the Arizona State Bar as well as the Arizona Attorney General’s Office regarding Vice Mayor Adam Trenk signing his own recall petition with James Gandolfini’s name, the late actor known for his role as Mafia boss Tony Soprano in the HBO hit series “The Sopranos.”

Kiwanis Club of Carefree strives to expand youth programs and community involvement

New building will increase effectiveness of the organization

Kiwanis Club of Carefree is looking to raise funds to create a new building to use as their marketplace beginning in 2015. Due to the organization's community involvement over the past 40 years, David Bell, the chairman of the Capital Fund Raising Committee for the local Kiwanis chapter, believes the project shouldn't be too difficult to fund if the club can increase the awareness within the community.

Desert Foothills Library not to receive $10,000 from Cave Creek
