Annual MHK charity golf tournament Monday, Sept. 30 at Falcon Dunes Golf Club

MHK is proud to announce its annual charity golf tournament! They currently have spaces available for sponsors and golfers to participate in this excellent event, with all proceeds benefiting Arizona charities. Enjoy the game of golf while contributing to charities that provide valuable services to our great state!
Gold Sponsorship: $1,000 (2 available) – Includes 2 foursomes of golf with range balls, cart, golf, BBQ lunch and award presentation. Also includes custom flag pin, hole sponsor signage, company logo on the printed program, and naming rights for the charity of your choice to receive 25 percent of the proceeds.
Silver Sponsorship: $500 (12 Available) – Includes 1 foursome with range balls, cart, golf, BBQ lunch and awards presentation.
Also includes custom flag pin, hole sponsor signage, and company logo on printed program.
Bronze Sponsorship: $200 – Includes custom flag pin, hole sponsor signage, company logo on printed program, opportunity to market, and lunch for two.
Foursome: $300 for four golfers – Includes range balls, cart, golf, BBQ lunch and awards presentation.
Individual Golfer: $100 – Golfers will be organized into foursomes. Price includes range balls, cart, golf, BBQ lunch and awards presentation.
