Animal Guardian Network provides veterinary care and assistance for pets of the working poor in our community. These are individuals and families with low-wage jobs who struggle to make ends meet.

A contribution to Animal Guardian Network means these low-income pet families will not have to lose their beloved pets should an unexpected need arise. And you could receive an Arizona state tax credit of up to $400.*

Time is running out. Donate before December 31.

To take advantage of the Helping the Working Poor state tax credit, you must:
• Itemize your charitable contributions.
• Direct up to $400* to Animal Guardian Network's Pet Care Relief Fund Note Helping the Working Poor on your online donation or memo of your check in order to receive an acknowledgement for your tax records.

Donate on-line at: ANIMAL GUARDIAN NETWORK PET CARE RELIEF FUND or via mail at Animal Guardian Network 4815 E. Carefree Hwy., Ste. 108-504 Cave Creek, AZ 85331

*Arizona State Income Tax credits of between $200 and $400 are available based on your income tax filing status. Animal Guardian Network is not a tax advisor. As with any financial recommendation, contact a qualified tax professional for expert advice on your specific tax situation.
