MCSO trustees help clean up grounds at town hall

The landscaping at Cave Creek Town Hall is looking pretty spiffy these days. And, the town has Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio to thank. Arpaio’s low-risk jail trustees were busy weeding, trimming trees, bagging and piling up branches on Tuesday. Not to be lost in the shuffle was District IV Commander, Lt. Rich Burden, who was out there working alongside the inmates, helping tidy up the grounds around town hall, which is also home to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Cave Creek Substation.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, accompanied by Chief of Enforcement Brian Sands, paid a visit to Cave Creek Town Manager Usama Abujbarah (r) on Tuesday morning. Arpaio just wanted to make sure the town was pleased with Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office service, its deputies and district commander.
