CAVE CREEK – During the Jan. 31 special council meeting, council voted 4-3 against a resolution, with Mayor Vincent Francia and councilmen Jim Bruce and Steve LaMar voting in favor, to place a measure on the May 17, 2011 ballot to let citizens decide whether or not they want to pay for fire protection services through a property tax instead of by subscription.  Keep reading ...
