‘Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger’
WASHINGTON – On Aug. 4, criminal complaints against Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Hussein Obama, for fraud and treason were delivered to the White House, every member of the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate, the Pentagon and U.S. District Court by Carl Swensson of www.RiseUpForAmerica.com, with copies mailed to every U.S. Attorney in the country.
Aug. 4 was selected to coincide with Obama’s birthday.
The charges, initiated by Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick, III, U.S. Navy, Ret., and other military personnel, are also part of the evidence being considered by multiple citizen grand juries, constitutionally formed by www.AmericanGrandJury.org.
Swensson was accompanied by Dr. Penny Kelso to assist with delivering the complaints and a film crew to record the events.
Fitzpatrick’s complaint states, in part, “We come now to this reckoning. I accuse you and your military political criminal assistants of TREASON. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works.
“Confident holding your silent agreement and admission, I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy. My sworn duty Mr. Obama is to stand against what you stand for. You are not my president. You are not my commander in chief.”
Fitzpatrick filed his complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice on March 19, 2009. Although no action has been taken, Fitzpatrick was visited by the Secret Service a day and a half after filing.
Swensson says Fitzpatrick’s criminal complaint has only two possible outcomes – either Fitzpatrick will be court-martialed, meaning there would be a trial, which would require discovery, or Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Hussein Obama, will be arrested for treason.
According to Swensson, because the U.S. Department of Justice has failed to act, they are admitting the allegations are true.
The complaint was originally delivered to U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Taylor, who resigned shortly thereafter.
Swensson also cites anyone involved in a cover-up involving Obama’s identity and eligibility could be charged with misprision of felony, which is also a felony.
Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under 18 USC is guilty of misprision of felony.
