gary birnbaumCAVE CREEK – Town Attorney Gary Birnbaum reported on U.S. District Judge Roslyn O. Silver’s ruling that granted a preliminary injunction against the town’s solicitation ordinance in a complaint brought by the ACLU and MALDEF, during Monday’s council meeting.
